TEMAZCAL.
The Temazcal is a steam bath of pre-Hispanic origin that is utilized for therapeutic, detoxifying and ritual purposes, as well as a ceremony of purification and cleanliness. It signifies a return to the womb of Mother Earth for healing and rebirth as a new person.This bath was utilized as the most important source of healing among the pre-Hispanic groups of Mesoamerica. Its healing benefits include menstrual period regulation, treatment of osteoporosis, detoxification, release of muscle tension, release of stress and negative energy, among others. It also provides an opportunity for introspective exploration.
Before the ceremony:
- Drink large amounts of water for some time before the temazcal ceremony.
- Plan your schedule so that your food is already digested before the ceremony.
- Do not take alcoholic drinks or drugs prior to the temazcal ceremony.
- Advise us of any special health problem you might have, such as a heart condition or abnormal blood pressure.
- The Temazcal therapy is performed for a minimum of two or more people and is a group experience.
- Not recommended for people with claustrophobia, hypertension, diabetes or cardiac conditions.

JANTSU.
Jantsu means pacific river in Chinese. This deeply relaxing aquatic experience simulates a dolphin's dance and is an energetic therapy that takes you underwater into a deep state of peaceful meditation.Therapy $140.00
WATSU.
This unique water therapy brings you into a profound state of relaxation of body, mind and spirit, leaving a sensation of physical and emotional release. The skilled application of Shiatsu and Yoga techniques promotes a sensation of being lost to space and time, strengthening your mind/body connection.Therapy - $140.00
