Price: $2,000.00 USD+ 10% federal tax+ 15% service.

Note: Please select the items you wish to include in your wedding. For those items that are charged per person, multiply the cost per person by the number of persons that you expect to attend your wedding.

Any items not included should be added at the bottom of the form and we will provide a price quote. There is a 10% Federal Tax on all items and a 17% gratuity should be added to all items marked with a (*).
